Rediscovering the gift of gathering
Throughout Scripture, God gathers people around tables. Jesus eats with friends and strangers, saints and sinners, insiders and outsiders. He feeds people, welcomes people, restores people, and finally gives himself to us through a meal. In a world that keeps us hurried, distracted, and increasingly disconnected from one another, this sermon series explores how one of the most faithful things we can do is among the simplest: make room, pull up another chair, share a meal, and discover the connection, healing, and joy that emerges when we come to the table.
